(#1 - dream) develop the business idea into a business model using Lean StartUp and Design Thinking methodologies, and 

(#2 - dreamer) develop the dreamer into an entrepreneur using Mindfulness practices. 

Both paths lead to a foundational lean/life skill: EMPATHY.
